At Haüs Parts, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. We promise to deliver high-quality and top-notch products. But if, for any reason, you are not satisfied and happy with what you buy from us, then you can follow our straightforward return process to ensure peace of mind. You can contact us within 30 days of purchasing a product to request a return. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the products you are returning unless they are defective. 

Eligibility for Return

You must meet these conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • The product(s) you are returning must be unused and have never been installed.

  • There should not be any defects, damages or scratches to the returned product(s).

  • The product(s) should be in a resalable condition.

  • The product(s) must have the original packaging, accessories, manuals and valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. 

  • Any free or gift product(s), such as complementary accessories, should be included with the return.

  • The freight-bound product(s) must be returned through freight carriers. 

  • The product(s) you return must have their assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

  • You must request a return within 30 days of purchasing a product(s). 

Not-Returnable Products

We don’t currently offer a return for the following products:

  • Installed or used appliance parts

  • Clearance or overstock items

  • Custom or special order items

  • Installed electrical components

  • Consumables such as batteries or filters

  • Free or gift product(s) that are sold as standalone

  • Scratched or dented product(s)

  • Expedited shipping and handling charges

Return Process

Before starting a return process, make sure that you request a return within 30 days or less of receiving the product. Make sure that you contact us for returning the items only purchased from HaüsParts.com . You must visit the affiliate website to return a product from one of our affiliates. 

  • Fill out a Return Form with details about the order and reasons to return it.

  • If you get the wrong product by mistake, we will promptly send you the right item without additional costs. We will also schedule and pay for the return shipping of the incorrect item. 

  • Once we get the returned product(s), we take 2-5 business days to review and inspect the product(s).

  • If approved, you will get a credit for the product(s) within 3-7 business days of approval. It can take as long as 10 business days for you to get the refund, depending on your chosen payment method.

  • If your returned product fails to meet our return guidelines, we will notify you of the denial. We will advise you to pick up the product(s) from our dock. Unfortunately, we won’t ship back the denied product and will not offer a refund of any value. You must pick up the item; we won’t reimburse the shipping charges.
