Store Pickup
Always confirm the time for pickup of an item by calling ahead before going to the store for pickup. The actual inventory of our store can change from minute to minute. Some items may not be available immediately for pickup at your local store. Some local store pickup locations may offer prices different from those on the website. Some products on the website may only be available for local pickup. You will get a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders on the same day of receiving the order. If you place your order on the weekend or holidays, we will process it the following business day.
We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information when we process and ship your order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer two shipping methods from which you can choose: standard shipping and expedited shipping. The delivery times of your order will depend on the shipping method you select and the delivery location.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
Remember that these are estimates, and weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays can affect them.
Shipping Rates
We calculate the rates of shipping at checkout. Rates depend on the weight of the package, your delivery address and the shipping method you choose.
We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $50 within the US.
International Shipping
At this time, Haüs Parts only offers shipping within the US. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Items
We try our best to ensure that your products reach you safely and in perfect condition. But, if your order gets damaged during shipping or is not delivered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment or getting the notification that your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address
Before placing your order, ensure that you provide a complete and correct shipping address. Haüs Parts is not responsible for delays or lost packages if you give an incorrect or incomplete address.
